General Terms

Subject to stock availability. We try to keep stock counts accurate on our website. From time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to ask whether you would prefer to wait for the back-ordered item to be restocked or have us process a refund.

 

Shipment Processing Time

Orders placed within Philadelphia will be processed and dispatched within the Next Business Day if ordered within 2 PM EST. If an order is placed after 2 PM EST, we will process and dispatch the order on the Second Business Day.

Orders placed within the United States (except Philadelphia) will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 Business Days.

International Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days when the delivery address is outside the United States.

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our Processing time may be delayed by a few days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If your order shipment is delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. We may add a 5% Handling and packaging charge along with the Shipping cost. We will collect payment for shipping with the purchase. This is the final shipping cost for the customer.

We also offer free shipping for orders above $75 USD.

Local Delivery

We offer Local Delivery for customers within a 10-mile radius of our Philadelphia Warehouse. We automatically track your location to see if you are eligible for Local Delivery. A minimum $50 USD order value is required for Local Delivery. We offer Next Day Delivery Guaranteed; orders placed within EST will be delivered the next business day; otherwise, your order will be delivered on the second business day after your order date. We charge a $9 shipping fee for all local deliveries.

Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 9 PM EST on all days except Holidays. We will contact you via text message at the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. We use DHL for all International shipments. The delivery time may vary depending on the Country.

We do not offer free shipping options for international orders

Delivery time may vary depending on the country and country-specific factors like customs clearance, laws, etc. A country-specific delivery time will be shown on the checkout screen when users select the delivery options.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You will receive a Text Message or Email containing Order Tracking information. You can also track your orders anytime by logging in to your account. We strongly suggest that you sign up with Aramaj for a hassle-free shopping experience.

Users can opt inopt in to Messenger to receive order tracking information. You can also use our website to track your order instantly. If you haven't received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@aramaj.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Website duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Aramaj encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Change of Delivery Address

For delivery address change requests, we can update the address at any time before the order is dispatched. Please refer to our Shipment Processing time for further details. We can't process any address change request once the order is processed and dispatched. Please get in touch with support@aramaj.com or reach us via Live Chat on our website or Facebook Messenger to change the address.

ItemsWebsite Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return & refund policy.
