Placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below.
These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this
Arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
General Terms
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders Placed within Philadelphia, will be processed and dispatched within the Next Business Day if ordered within 2 PM EST. If an order is placed after 2 PM EST, we will process and dispatch the order on the Second Business Day.
Orders placed within the United States (except Philadelphia), will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 Business Days.
International Orders will get processed within 2-5 Business Days where the delivery address is outside the United States.
Due to Covid19 Pandemic, our Processing time may be delayed by a few days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. We may leave additional 5% Handling and Packaging Charges along with the Shipping cost. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.
We also offer free shipping for orders above $75 USD.

Local Delivery
We offer Local Delivery for customers within 10 miles radius of our Philadelphia Warehouse. We automatically track your location to see if you are eligible for Local Delivery. Minimum $50 USD order value is required to get local Delivery. We offer Next Day Delivery Guarantee if orders are placed within 2 PM EST, else your order will get delivered on the second business day from the date of your order. We charge $9 as a shipping charge for all local deliveries.
Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 9 PM EST on all days except Holidays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. We use DHL for all International shipments. The delivery time may vary depending on the Country.
We do not offer any Free Shipping options for International Orders.

The delivery time may vary depends on the country and various external factors like custom clearance, laws, etc. An approximate delivery time will be shown on the checkout screen when users select the delivery options.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You will receive a Text Message or Email containing Order Tracking information. You can also track your orders anytime by login into your account. We strongly suggest you to sign up with Aramaj for a hassle-free shopping experience.
Users can opt-in with Messenger to receive the order tracking information. Additionally, you can use our website chat to instantly track your order.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@aramaj.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Aramaj encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our Shipment Processing time for further details. We are unable to any address change request once the order is processed and Dispatched. Please contact support@aramaj.com or contact us through Live Chat on our website or through Facebook Messenger to change the address.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return & refund policy.
